Simon on the Sofa is creating a platform which bridges the gap between individuals from all walks of life. A place free from labels, judgements, conditions, expectations and separation.
This is a portal creating unity, support and empowerment. A place to nurture compassion and connect people through transparent communication. Making spiritual spirit-real by connecting with people from all walks of life to explore unity consciousness, self awareness and love through transparent communication.
Transparent Communication
People rarely communicate how they are really feeling, or express their truth.
Communication is the key now as we evolve into a new culture and consciousness, with the knowing that honest communication isn’t scary and isn’t going to harm us. The reason we live in so much pain is because we have lost touch with ourselves and stopped communicating with nature and each other. [quote float="left"]We live from a base of negativity, fear and ignorance which causes us to live a life of lies. [/quote] We don’t have time to communicate properly, or seek the truth. We don’t have time to explore real love because we are living in fear of the past and future. We have no time, too much to do do do. We are running away from ourselves and love in the quest to seek love.
You will start to see this site is all about exploring who YOU are within and learning to love yourself.
We are in the information age its 2012 and there are many people sharing information. The internet has allowed us to open our eyes to the insanity of humanity. By watching the conversations I record on the Sofa you may find answers to your personal questions and feel some support from the communication we share, which may assist you in finding your own way back to YOU.
We are moving into a new experience on this planet called conscious evolution, we are becoming conscious or ourselves, this impulse is transforming our whole planet, humans are expressing themselves in ways never seen before. This time in history is magnificent, we are moving into an emerged human with awakened mind and open hearts. A mind that knows more, sees more, understands more and receives more. And a heart which is so expansive it has empathy for the whole world and links/connects the whole world through extraordinary intellectual powers and passions. The collective psyche is becoming whole. We are all becoming one. We are learning that the heart is communicating to us in ways never known before.
If you are willing to embark on a journey of inner exploration the Sofa will share with you like minded people spreading love and ways they have overcome their fears, pains and negative hurdles that stop us all from living to our full potential. Every single one of us are magnificent regardless of the labels we have adopted. It really is time in our evolution to AWAKEN to what is really being played out and OPEN our eyes.

These videos come from real love and truth, they inspire, support and encourage you in these uncertain times of evolution….
The Sofa opens your mind to new perspectives and give an insight into new realities. When on the sofa together we are human beings and we are all the same. A cluster of cells making up an organism, an organism that explores life.
It seems to me in this life we all want to know ourselves at a deeper level, to feel in-line with our true purpose, and to feel connected. Most of us are filled with excess thoughts, opinions, viewpoints, judgements and conditions. All this excess baggage is stressful and gets in the way of experiencing the present moment of life and the enormous potential that is within and all around us. It stops us from just being. We are human beings not human doings. Simon on the Sofa is an exploration of a new mind, a new paradigm. Simon is exploring unconditional love, real peace and real happiness. Freedom from destructive mind patterns, negative thinking, pain and suffering through acceptance and love is the quest.
In order to comprehend this experience we first have to go within to access the deep reservoir of love and life we all possess beyond words.
