It was shortly after making the decision to change some things in her life; Debbie Huxton went onto lose 5 stone/32 Kg in weight, qualify as a nurse, gaining her B.Nurs with honours degree and landed a very sought after job as an emergency nurse working with an incredible highly skilled team of Doctors and fellow nurses and founded her successful company Debbie Huxton’s Mind Diet. ‘The healthy thinking option.‘ Not only has she reshaped her body, but she has reshaped her whole life.

“I’ve always known I had a life’s purpose I just needed the guidance and courage to unleash my potential. After taking a series of knocks. I knew something had to change. My spirit had almost been broken and knew I had to get up and fight. I didn’t want to get to age 65 and look back wondering what could have been”

This is one of those talks I set out to capture. Insightful, fun and really transparent.

Debbie has become a very sought after speaker and remarkable business woman. Debbie attributes her love of life and passion for other people to her upbringing. Relationships do not come with a manual. She believes her children have benefited from the relationship development techniques she now teaches; it has given them a greater understanding of each other and created deeper bonds.
